Ingredients 1 cups all purpose flour cup unsweetened cocoa powder 1 teaspoons baking powder teaspoon baking soda teaspoon salt cup white sugar cup canola oil 1 egg cup milk 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 2 large very ripe bananas mashed mini semisweet chocolate chips. Line a mini muffin tin with paper muffin liners. Add to creamed mixture just until combined.
Preheat the oven to 350 f. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
You can also mash and combine by hand if you prefer. Not only are these the easiest banana muffins i have ever made they are so absolutely delicious and my family and i can t get enough. Cup maple syrup or honey.
